An electric gear pump-type liquid material supply device that can be installed in a clean room. Compared to piston-type pumps, the gear pump type has minimal pressure and flow fluctuations during material supply. Furthermore, it directly drives the gear pump with a servo motor, achieving high-response discharge to measurement signals and stable supply accuracy even in small amounts. It independently controls both servo motors using flow and pressure sensors installed at each discharge port, accommodating materials with varying viscosities. Since the main liquid materials cure after mixing, regular disassembly and cleaning of the flow paths are necessary. The gear pump has significantly fewer parts, making maintenance easier. By equipping it with an OPU UA and connecting it to molding machines, it enables centralized control and the transmission and reception of measurement data.
